Having the same problem here.. Instead of flying i'm struggling to get the basics done. Tomorrow Fysiotherapy again.. Not looking forward to it... So tired and my back hurts and knowing that therapy will only make it worse i have to force myself not to cancel :(

:( Well I must admit, it was only yesterday I cancelled my session with the physio due to the pressure of having to do feverything in 4 days before Monday. I wish I'd gone now between sitting badly while on the computer and fluttersoaring my back feels awful. I expect we all share the same aches and pains in this group in more ways than one.

I cancelled yesterday's appointment too, so i really have to go tomorrow or by next week i'll be crawling up the stairs again around 8 (and yes, i mean litterally, and not from boozing! :P)
I think most of us are very similar in so many ways, and my guess is that for a lot of flybabies that's part of the problem why it got so bad in the first place.. The last week i felt good, it was like i umm.. turned a switch in my head is what we say in holland ? But that also meant i wasn't taking naps anymore and going to bed after 12 because i spent too much time on jumpcut :P

I feeling for you sweetie I literally didn 't sleep the first night Flylady introduced us to this site. I am trying to get a grip on reality after the first flush of enthusiasm . My back problem is partly due to to a self esteem problem that left me practically dragging my knuckles on the floor, getting up in the morning is the worst, I look like the gradual evolution of man pictures as I uncurl slowly by the time I reach the shower. Not working, boredom, stress ( My son has ADHD) and I think I may be just a tad ADD myself has added to what is referred to on this site a BODY CLUTTER ! but progress not perfection ehhhh!!!

I'm in the exact same boat. I did go to the chiropractor yesterday for a pop and a massage. As far as coming in here and creating - I make myself wait until I finish my work so this is a guilt free reward and I make myself take breaks. Otherwise ...I can easily mess myself up to the dragging knuckles stage.

I'm from the UK. Sorta. Scotland a few generations ago. Never mind. I don't count.

Being on jumpcut is also almost a fulltime job, watching all the new movies :P But seriously, i do hope you have a great time working again, if anyone deserves it it has to be you! {{hugs}}

LOL, i just sent an email to jumpcut, asking them what can be wrong.. You won't get banned for sure because you didn't use the s-word :P anyway, i can only guess and the fact that it's almost 1:00 again doesn 't help either :P I'd better go to bed so i can watch ONE episode of pint of lager and a packet of crisps, maybe that'll make my mood better ;)

I love munch hes my favourite, your right , its cult viewing here and it does give you a better mood thats why I watch it as well even though I've seen it loads.

Oh no!! they had a new show on 3 :(( Now i'll have to watch reruns of A haunting on discovery. *yawn* Yes, i need to watch tv to be able to sleep.. Maybe i should see if i can download some Torchwood and dr. Who to put on dvd :D

Blimey Vanja thats a real nightmare and you have handled it really well but it was you that did all the hard work darling but with the support of Flylady. Men are just sent to try us I'm sure of that and as they say what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Im really proud of you it must of been a nightmare.

Hello gorgeous thanks for saying hi I've not been as fanatical this last week as im completely knackered LOL Im loving the job and the vibe of working in a really lovely part of London but as I haven't offically worked for a few years its taking alot out of me but Im loving it.
Its a complete contrast to my home life which up until now has been a complete nightmare so its good to have a little excapism. I now go to work for a break if you know what I mean. Hows life your end???

Well I knew nothing of it until on 7:30 train to South Kensington I kept seeing these really nerdy looking kids dressed in clokes and weird old school garb.... that time of the morning it was a tadd sureal . Then I opened my Metro and read all about it! They are nuts..... its a book for gods sake! and they say that telly influences kids. I dont want my underage kids anywhere near the underground, let alone sleeping on the streets of London, waiting for a book that you Americans told us what was going to happen before it was out! I just know the kids I know in London would barely catch one of the films and to be honest I'm not sure what's sadder.

I'm so glad its not just me having a blonde day.....I'm not that technically challenged . I've had no problem this week as I've not had the energy....I've just managed to watch everyone elses - like yours!

I've not been on here much myself to be honest. My work is taking up all of my time now. Not sure about the Flylady Group it may be because of the porn and stuff. Glad to see your keeping up the good fight and I'll look forward to your next :)
