 | skaterdude888, 18 months ago interesting, i can't be too sure, but it might depend on the type of file such as AVI, MPEG , and stuff like that, if you finish it as a different file it changes things it could also depend on how big the movie is, cause some sites can only upload so much but like you said you've done it with other sites just fine you'd have to explain it a little bit more clear, cause lots of things dealing with videos mainly is dealing with trial and error get back to me on that | |
 | weibel, 17 months ago getting on the wall is based on an algorithem that we keep tweaking. We are hoping to bubble the most interesting stuff up to the top. This is a combination of time, views and love . If somehting is love and viewed a lot relatively quickly it will rise. We've been amazed at how stingy people are with clicking the heart. it seems to be too big of a commitment for many folks. so we keep playing with the weighting of love/views/time . Just keep making movies. I find that shooting clever footage is the best place to start. It helps to remix movies so you see what others did. When you are in the editor, roll over tips at the bottom then use the tab to look up the keyboard commands . These really help you rip through making movies. It's also fun to use the search feature inside the editor. type in anything you like and you'll be surprised by the results, and then drag them to the stage. having done this for a while, i'm finding that the best movies are of people and people talking, and its best to keep them short and sweet. cheers, steve | |

| badhat, 16 months ago thanks for the comment, i really appreaciate it. parkour is an extreme sport, the people that do it use bits of cities like buildings and railings and ledges and stuff as kind of an obstacle course, some of the stuff they do is crazy. the bees are great, theyve got an album called "free the bees" from a few years ago which is pretty cool | |
