My kids wouldn't get out of bed this morning and I wanted to think of something to get them up and moving. LOL My youngest son was sleeping sound so I got to do it to him too hehehe Those boys jumped up and got crazy with me and in less than an hour all the chores were done!

 | Donnabug, 15 months ago Yes, that's me! I really want to play the guitar but I couldn't learn with that guitar . The strings were high and it was hard to make chords. Also, it had a big body and was hard for me to hold. I finally traded it in for an electric gutiar that 's smaller. Now I haven't had the time to try to learn but it's easier to play. I'll have to find a picture of that one. It's very pretty. One of these days I'll learn! | |

If you still have them you may want to have a quilt made out of them and then you have the memories each time you use it. I have done that with my daughters baby clothes. | sacto_heidi, 15 months ago She is trying to help - it is a hard problem to solve. Everything is easier said than done - especially with big kid eyes looking at you!!! I had never heard of sensitivity to food textures but now that I think of it I have it too - cooked slimy foods like mushrooms gross me out but raw ones are no problem. I think every family has a food issue. In my house it is quantity of food. My daughter will eat anything and wants to eat huge amounts. I have to stop her from plowing through the groceries meant for the whole week. I still put food on her plate (she is 9) to control what she eats. I have talked to her so many times in a "family meeting" and I try to divert her attention from eating with activities . Easier said than done! Good luck with it!!! | |

I've been a Flybaby since 12/22/06, and clutter IS my problem! LOL It seems so much easier to get rid of something when I realize, and can sing "I don't love you anymore "! I guess what's why I wrote it :O) When I'm cleaning I change the words around to what it is I'm cleaning. I'm working a video to go with the song too. | Donnabug, 14 months ago Sorry I haven't been around. I've been missing you guys. I have been really sick . I finally went to the doctor and I'm waiting for lab work now. My stomach has been like a ball of fire and I haven't been able to eat anything except slices of bread and a bit of broth without getting sick. I've also had a nasty headache for 4 days and most days don't even get out of bed. Today would be day 5 of the headache but it's tapering off finally and any relief is welcomed! They gave me some acid reflux medicine but if it's working it's working slowly. I'm up though and that's a good thing. I've been sitting here watching butterflies fly around in my garden. I actually snuck outside to try to get a few pictures but it's hard to get close and the sun really hurt my eyes and my headache started to get worse. I did get a little video clip of one on my fence. I'll add that later. | |
